Does anyone know how to make the call forwarding feature work? When I press Menu -> Features -> Foward.. it just defaults back to the main screen... I know we can use the findme from the webpage... but I don't give my employees the ability to log in to the website...

We disable this feature by

We disable this feature by default. To many support calls from people who "couldn't receive calls" when they forgot (or accidentally) hit the Forward softkey / option on their Polycom.

Jeff, It is an option in the

Jeff,

It is an option in the Polycom config file. There is no way to enable it in a 'supported' fashion but you can use a custom configuration file at your own risk.
