Can anyone help me with change the features of the soft keys on the 501/550's? My phones have New Call, Blank, My Stat, Buddies... The only one i can use is New Call and would really like to change to something more useful.

As subject says, can't be done. Those keys are hardcoded so you're SOL. Only programmable keys are the "line" buttons on the top left-hand side.
