problem with the network card for four ports

Good afternoon
I reinstalled the software trixbox with the image. ISO that can be downloaded for free.
Everything works fine except the network card for four ports. In the display, tells me on the LAN: none, I dont know if it really fault of the driver of the device or whether we need to create the file that charge the configuration of the network card.

I had this problem the entire time I've had a Trixbox appliance. They always told me that I missed an option during the install that to me, never appeared. Maybe you'll have better luck. I still have my LAN showing none and I've went through 2 different appliances. They then tell me I have to edit some DHCP files because apparently they couldn't make it work from jump.

Thanks for the information and attention given.
I reinstall again to search for trixbox option dhcp showing at the beginning, but this option configuration is for the NIC that connects the trixbox for the wan, but the seconds nic (the four ports) continues to show none.
When I inside the menu options in the console, the option one, set ip address of this system, this optinos permit to me configurate again the NIC of trixbox, but this configurations is for the wan.
I have seen some files where a read the configuration the ethernet 0 (wan), the file for ehternet 1 does not exist. If I create this file with the configuration that I need to this NIC, it could works?
