Anyone know of a way to record all calls in or out from a certain extension?

You click the button in the "recording" section of the extension setup in freepbx that says "always."

Ah, gack. I did it again. I'm sorry -- that's not your fault for not including it, it's mine for not checking the forum I was in.
With Trixbox CCE you can record the next 50 for a certain extension. You can NOT however record all calls on the phone system or all calls for a certain extension. This is a limitation put in place to make sure you do not overload your server.
