trixbox Softphone

I purchased a trixbox softphone license and got it to register with the pbx no problem.
When I try to dial either an extension or external, I get "Call failed: Not acceptable here" on the softphone screen.
In asterisk, I get this line: "NOTICE[4701]: chan_sip.c:3849 process_sdp: No compatible codecs!"
I haven't touched any settings on the softphone.
Thoughts?

Are you using the trixbox Softphone that was downloaded off of the website? By looking at a SIP Debug you could determine what codec's the Softphone and PBX are offering respectively. The PBX should be offering a large variety of codecs. In sip.conf look for allow= and disallow=.
You can turn on sip debug from the asterisk console:
sip debug ip
