Can't find anyplace else to submit a bug. To make matters worse, I've been trying to post here but this site was down for maintenance.

...Just noticed that my server (119280) is updated to v2.0.1.
When I click on an extension under View Extensions, the Voicemail is now disabled by default. I can't seem to dial any extension from my directory either. This must be a bug in v2.0.1, as I've been working diligently to deploy this system, and would have noticed if it happened earlier. Page error maybe?

I checked it on IE7/WINXP as well as Safari 3.0.4/OSX10.5.2

Hi Kerry,Can you log into

Hi Kerry,

Can you log into my server (119280)? (PM sent with user/pw.)
Just open ANY extension. (Extensions, View Extensions, Click on an Extension) It automatically defaults to VOICEMAIL DISABLED.

My users can't direct dial an extension, nor can inbound callers!
If you press any key on the phone (on an inbound call) - it replys that is not a valid extension.

When my (MAIN) call menu attempts to transfer an inbound call to the receptionist (x7000) it just drops the call! No one can inbound call our business!!!! = VERRRRRY BAD
Inbound phone number is (540)931-0342

PLEASE HELP!

Hey Ninjadude, In checking

Hey Ninjadude,

In checking out your system I noticed that external.conf was empty. This was likely caused by a locking issue that occurs (rarely) when two administrators are updating the control panel at the same time.

This issue occurred on May 7th at 18:31 PDT. I restored external.conf from a backup made at that time. This should resolve your problem.

Thanks,
Mike

It essentially 'links' all

It essentially 'links' all of the extensions into the internal context, allowing them to dial one another.

Thanks,
Mike
