Local options and services menu

These should be more flexible. I would like to see the options key include DND so we can free up a key on the phone for other purposes. The local services menu should be more customisable than only allowing one XML service. I'd like to be able to for example use this to access the local phone directory but call this personal directory, then list some XML services in this menu as well as having access to dial the voicemail system. Again this would free up several keys on the phone for BLF etc.
