Trixbox with Grandstream 4004

I have a Trixbox CE server with a Grandstream GXW4004 gateway.
I can see the phones off the gateway register fine, they can even receive call from a Grandstream IP phone on the system. However I am unable to make call from analogue phone off the Gateway FXS ports.
Can anyone help?
