Cisco 3911 Issues and results

I have been working with a Cisco 3911 for a few days and here are my results and issues..
First issue I have is the .loads file will not load to the phone...i get a md5_nmm or magic_nmm is wrong, restore default when the phone trys to load the firmware...
if I telnet into the phone and tftp each indiviual file that is listed in the .loads the phone upgrades and is registered to the trixbox server...btw I am using firmware 3951.8-1-2 ...this was part of the zip file cmterm-3911_3951.8-1-2.zip downloaded from CCO.
Ok now that the phone is registerd I get a hour glass on the left side of the screen constantly...does this mean the phone is expecting something else...the phone is now able to make calls and recieve calls...I do have some issues with hookflash..(this appears to common for all cisco models)...My main question here is why will the .loads file not work..
also the phone shows that it has the proper load on it...why would I have to upgrade each time the phone boots to get it register? I have tried to remove an instance of the load in any of the .xml fles but the phone will not register and it trys to get the load everytime it boots...

Any help would be appreciated...
