Aastra 9133i bizarre dialplan issue

Okay, all our Cisco 7941s and the lone 7940 can dial out just fine, however the Aastra 9133i cannot dial long distance with a 1 before it where as the cisco phones are able to do this just fine. My outbound routes is extremely simple for the office

1NXXNXXXXXX
NXXNXXXXXX
NXXXXXX

pipes to our IAX2 trunk that hits the trixbox interfacing with our SIP trunk provider. Specifying 1800 numbers doesn't change anything for the Aastra. Any insight why this might be?

It's probably the dialplan

It's probably the dialplan setting in the phone config. You've got to tell it what to do when it sees digits otherwise it won't do anything.

Here is my Aastra 9133i dialplan setting:
sip dial plan: "x+#|xx+*|[2-9]XX[2-9]XXXXXX|1[2-9]XX[2-9]XXXXXX|1XXXXXXXXXX"

Which Config file is this

Which Config file is this located in?

Its strange that leaving off the 1 means it'll dial out fine.

It's in the aastra Web GUI

It's in the aastra Web GUI and the aastra.cfg file depending on which you use to config the phone.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Thanks for the quick reply. Changed it numerous times on the Web GUI, but 1 (xxx)-xxx-xxxx still doesn't work yet (xxx)-xxx-xxxx does. This is baffling.

What EXACTLY is the phone

What EXACTLY is the phone doing different when you add the 1? While monitoring the Asterisk CLI do you see anything going on when you dial?
