Aastra phones and configs

Hello,
How does everyone deploy your Aastra phones. Do you use the built in web based config tool? Is there a way to push those custom configs to the phones via the trixbox? Lets say I have 50 phones and they are all the same? Or if I have some that need to be configured on way and some another - how do you guys do it? How about backing up the config so if a phone is damaged it can be replaced with the same identical config. Thanks
