Configuration Help!!!!

I'm starting off a newbie to these phones. I have a couple of things I need help with and was wondering if someone more familiar would help.
1. On line 1 I get No Service and the MWI light is lit. Line 1 thru 4 are configured the same way. Does anyone know hoe to get that off. Now Grant it I can still make and recieve calls.
2. I want to see on my phone when someone is on a different ext. BLF I would assume. How would I have to build that. Softkeys or do I have to sho an appearence of the number in line 5 in the advanced settings.
These are 2 quick questions I have to start off. Thanks and look forward to here from someone.

This means that the phone isn't registered with Asterisk. Does asterisk think it is registered? How did you configure the phones/asterisk?

Yes it sounds like you want BLF. By default FreePBX configures the extensions so that they can be monitored, so all you need to do is configure a BLF key on the phone. Just set the key type to 'blf' and the value to the extension you want to monitor.
