weather xml feed not working for me.

I have put in the following into my aastra config file and it is not working:
softkey3 type: xml
softkey3 label: weather
softkey3 value: http://65.205.71.13/xml/rss/rss.php?feed=weather
softkey3 states: idle
however the below xml feed that has 'weather' along with all other aastra xml feeds are working.
softkey4 type: xml
softkey4 label: weather
softkey4 value: http://65.205.71.13/xml/menu/menu.php?source=all
softkey4 states: idle
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Weather xml application has been replaced

In fact, as nobody was really interested by the weather for the Aastra locations, this application has been replaced by another one where you can actually enter a US ZIP code. This application is the one called by the menu application.
Here is the configuration
softkey3 type: xml
softkey3 label: weather
softkey3 value: http://65.205.71.13/xml/weather/weather.php
softkey3 states: idle
I noticed that our Web site has not been updated with this change. I will be done ASAP.
