Can't check voice mail!!!

I'm having problems checking my voice mail. On my trixbox I've created an extension and enabled voicemail with password set to 1234. On my GXP-2000 browser configuration I've set Voice mail UserID to *97. So now when I hit my msg key and enter my password(1234). I keep getting an incorrect loggin message. CAN ANYONE HELP ME ON THIS???? :-(

Make sure the Phone and Trixbox config for the ext are set to the s
ame DTMF type. By Default it's rfc2833.

I had the same problem with

I had the same problem with my system. I was able to solve it on my GPX -2000 phones by setting dtmf to send in SIP. You still have dtmf sounds in regular calls.
