GXP-2000 won't stay available

When I reboot my phone it appears to pickup at least some of the settings from the TFTP server on the Trixbox install. But after a few minutes it will just die. The LCD works but the connection to the Trixbox server has failed. A soft reboot never works, I always yank the power out and that will reboot it. It will work again for a few minutes, then it dies.

Any suggestions as to cause? Hardware? Software? How do I tell what the installed firmware version is?

One thing to try is update the firmware. If the phone already has the latest firmware, try downgrading to a previous rev of the same "series" (e.g., from 1.1.1.14 to 1.1.1.12), and then upgrading again to the latest.

I've seen this fix a flaky phone; probably had something corrupted in its flash memory that was fixed when it was updated.

To see your firmware version, press the round menu button and select "Status", then scroll down and look for "Prog:"
