Hudlite. Config files for HUD admin

When i monitor the calls of my clients in the hud lite i can see which number are they calling when they call inside the system. But i cant see which number are they calling outside. it shows only unknown.I think there should be same config files from where the hud gets the called numbers or something like that. Can someone help me on this issue? Thank you in advance.
