I am just deploying Hudlite and have a problem with it dropping the preceding 0 on any extension in this format 0xxx. My extensions are set to be the same as the last 4 of our DID's, and Im hopping to keep it this way. I checked the user.xml file and the extensions all look good on the server end. Internally they work fine as well. However when transferring with Hudlite I end up loosing the calls trying to be transfered, as Hudlite assumes that the 0 is gone.

Example:

From park to extension 1111 works fine
From park to extension 0111 drops calls ( the extension appears as 111 not 0111 in Hudlite)

for many reasons you should

for many reasons you should not have 0 as the first digit in an extension. This will break numerous other scripts. I would make the extensions the last three digits of the DID to avoid having extensions with 0.
