Installing the tbm-hudadmin broke my TB 2.6.0.7!

Hi,

I've followed the instructions in http://www.trixbox.org/hudlite-setup-guide to install hud-lite onto my TB 2.6.0.7, and it broke my system (it was just a test server). Now, I do not see anything under the System menu in freePBX, and it says that none if the packages are installed (phpMyAdmin, System Info, System Maint, etc.).

Have I done something wrong? What is right way of getting hud-lite installed on TB 2.6.0.7?
