Outlook 2007 (different problem)

I have just installed HUD lite on Vista, with UAC turned off, and with a admin user...
In Outlook 2007, the COM addins shows the following for HUD: -
HUDAddin.connect
Location: mscoree.dll
Load Behaviour: Not loaded. A runtime error occurres during the loading othe the COM Add-in.
I have tried to reinstall the Outlook Addin, but this did not help.
