Does it display non-online extensions?

It shows all the extensions in blue color, whether they are online or offline. Is there a way to see which extensions are offline?

Try to change your sip.conf or your extensions to qualify = yes.

This will report if the phone is not available/contactable

Thanks. It helped. But HUD Lite is not automatically updating the status of the extensions. I have to disconnect it and reconnect it again to see the updated status of the extensions. How can I solve this?
