600 can't dial

I have a 600 that just started to act up. I've reset and reloaded but the behaviour stays the same.

All outbound dialing gives a busy/reorder tone. Somewhere around one to four digits pressed and the busy tone sounds. The dialing does not leave the phone since the logs don't show any connection to asterisk. The sip.cfg is used on all 600's, 650, and 501's with no issue. I'm using Endpoint manager for the config files.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Fred

Sounds like a local dialplan

Sounds like a local dialplan digitmap specific to the IP600's CFG file(s) need to be reviewed.

Digitmap is default

Digitmap is default [2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT and is used by all Polycoms. Works fine on all other phones except for this one 600.

One more thing after the last reload. Now it's stripping the last two digits from any number dialed with a leading 9, as in long distance prefix. Dial without the 9 and the number is passed along properly.

My head is hurting. There is something wrong with this phone and reloading the software doesn't seem to be helping. Should I try a format?

Thanks,
Fred
