All my phones say "Device 2xxx"

I have 12 trixboxes running in my environment - mostly 2.2.12 and 2.6.0.7.

I have one 2.6.0.7 box that for some reason, when calling desk to desk, all the phones say
call from: device 2190 instead of the callers name.

I am not sure when it started this. I tried a polycom firmware update to the latest version - no help. I put an Aastra phone on the same server and calling to any polycom phone shows the proper name. Calls from the Polycom to the Aastra show "device 2xxx"

I am pretty sure its somehow in the config for the polycom phones. I make very few changes to the sip.cfg when I deploy these systems - and I make the same changes to all of them. (I change feature/option 8 so it doesnt keep track of "missed calls")

Other then that - everything works fine.... Any ideas?

I did search and see a post about "URL calling". I tried to disable it in the sip.cfg and then the phones said: call from "device 2xxx@10.1.x.x"

How do i get the names back???? And why when I have the same firmware/bootrom/endpointmanager on 11 other servers they are fine?
