Call pickup in Polycom 330

Hello

I have a setup with some IP330 phones.
When I pickup the call with **[ext]# works ONLY when the call is extension to extension... But when I dial **[operator_ext]# when the outside (zap) call is incoming, I get an error message "this function can not be used..." or similar and I can't catch the call.

Where I have to check?

I had the same issue. worked

I had the same issue. worked fine when picking up calls between sip extns but not zap. I just use *8 and ensure that all the extensions are in the same pickup and call groups, which works for my implementation.
