DTMF problems since firmware 3.0.1 was installed

Hello,
The latest trixbox installed the latest Polycom firmware which seems to have problems with DTMF. When I dial out certain PBXes from Polycom 650 phones, the remote IVR misunderstands certain digits I dial or doesn't detect them at all. I've tried dtmfmode=inband for the Polycom extensions but this did not help. Do I need to change anything in the SIP config files to make the 650 phones behave the same they used to with firmware 2.2.0?
