I am new at this, so please bear with me. Got the soundstation and in trying to configure the phone, got a fatal error in which I had to return. I am getting a new one today. Please guide me through the setup so the fatal error doesn't happen again. Thanks.

What is the error?

What is the error? Where is the error? Is it on the phone or server?

What is the result? Does the phone not boot up? Is the server locking up? Please be as specific as you can with the problem description.

Oh, I meant the phone kept

Oh, I meant the phone kept going in a loop after I tried to configure the tftp setting. It then had a corrupt boot file that the phone couldn't recover from (even after pressing 6,8 * on the phone to get it back to the factory default). So, I had to send the phone back and I will be getting a replacement for it. I don't want to repeat what I did, so I need to make sure I go through the installation of the phone correctly.
