Oh, I meant the phone kept going in a loop after I tried to configure the tftp setting. It then had a corrupt boot file that the phone couldn't recover from (even after pressing 6,8 * on the phone to get it back to the factory default). So, I had to send the phone back and I will be getting a replacement for it. I don't want to repeat what I did, so I need to make sure I go through the installation of the phone correctly.
