Polycom ip330 with netgear fs116p switch not working.

Hello all,

I just got a NetGear fs116p switch and 6 polycom ip-330s.
when I connect the phone to the poe port it works fine but after an hour or so the switch freezes up with orange leds on all poe ports and the phones are dead until I reset the switch.

Is my switch broken or is it not compatible with the ip-330?

Which PoE switches are you guys using succesfully with these phones? I need something with at least 8 poe ports.

I have a Linksys SRW208p

I have a Linksys SRW208p switch with some IP320s, working well thus far.

Any Cisco works, Adtran, Linksys SRW208MP working in my lab. I also have an Airlink ASW308P for my desk. I think it may be your switch, could be hardware too.
