Polycom & NAT

Guys, I need some help. My set-up has trixbox 2.6 at the office behind nat with 5060,10000:20000 fwded to it. I have the;
sip_nat-
nat=yes
localnet = 10.0.0.0/255.255.255.0
externhost = phone.mycompany.com
qualify=yes
At home I have a natting dsl router.
My softphones works fine.
My polycom will not work fine without defining the nat ip on it. The problem is that the connection does not have a static IP, so every few hours I have to check and make sure it is still the same ip. Any idea to fix this?
