How do I update firmware R4FXO?

I have a R4FXO.

Firmware version 1.b

How do I update it?

I'm using Trixbox 2.4.2.0 w/ Rhino R4FXO (sort of). Getting "ALL CIRCUITS busy" whenever I attempt to dial out.

The Rhinoequipment Website and Knowledge base seem to be very, very far out of date. So much so that you can't use the directions as the referenced directories no longer appear to exist on the ftp site.
