Outbound routing not working on rhino R4fxo

I am using trixbox V2.6 and have Rhino R4FXO with EC Card. There is no issue with the incoming calls but the problem is i cannot make outbound calls. when I try to make outbound calls the system just do nothing and again starts giving me the dial tone. in the panel section the trixbox shows the call is connected can any body help me with that. I have tried to removing my trunk and outbound routs and creating new ones as according to the previous discussions available in the forum but for me it does not work in me case.
