R4FXO-EC Echo Troubleshooting

Hi i have a production box Rhino ceros with a R4FXO-EC installed in the uk we seem to be suffering with echo on the pots lines i am wondering if anyone could help with trouble shootingthe problems like checking if the echo canceller is actually functioning

we also have some calls that seem to be disconnected as they are picked up by our sip phones snom 320's it could be calls that havn't cleared down properly as our ivr has a timeout to allow for people who dont have touch tone phones to get through (yes i am suprised that people still dont have touch tone phones!)

What version of trixbox are

What version of trixbox are you running?

You may want to contact our support so we can make sure your firmware is up to date and if your running the proper drivers. Also we can check the hardware it;s self to ensure the DSP is turning on.

I see your in the uk to save an international call you can call via SIP or IAX2
