R4FXO-EC Noise on ports 2&3

Hi Im running a ceros with trixbox ce2.3.0.7 everything works fine apart from i have a static sort of sound on channels 2&3 sounds a bit like a pc fan channels 1 and 4 are fine i get this noise if i do a zap barge even with no lines connected
my irq settings seem fine to me

ive tried reseating the fxo card but this makes no diffrence and i cant see any reason why i have this problem

I recently had a similar issue - but just on channel 2. I ended up calling in to Rhino Tech Support and James told me that this is a known issue. They sent me RMA paperwork - and now I have a new card without the issue. Give them a call - Amanda is super-patient and James was great too.
