Moderated Forum?

Is this a moderated forum? It does not appear that Sangoma is very active here. I would think that they would want to answer questions here as it would benefit not only the community but Sangoma as well by reducing their support calls.

I follow the Polycom forum as well and they seem to respond very quickly.
