music on hold problem

I have a trixbox 2.4 CE server with sangoma a500 isdn bri.
MOH run on internal call but not on external.
when a external call is placed on hold there is no sound. (ivr and the music of the queue run perfectly)
what i have to configure?
is this a problem of sangoma?

progress_enable=0 in woomera.conf

Hello rbubba:

Can you please confirm that progress_enable=0 in /etc/asterisk/woomera.conf . If you modify parameter in woomera.conf . You will need to restart Asterisk.

Hi

Please upgrade to latest 3.3.X release. There was an update for music on hold for BRI back on January 22 2008. SMG Version 1.23.

In Asterisk CLI run:
CLI> woomera default version
Woomera version v1.25 : SMG Version v1.30

Make sure your SMG version is greater than 1.23. If not please update to latest 3.3.X Release.
