Sangoma A101D Red Alarm

I recently bought the Sangoma A101D. I installed it in trixbox 2.6.0.7. I am using it for E1 PRI line in UAE.
Then I run the following commands.
yum install sangoma*
setup-sangoma
Everything is configured but still card status is Red alarm. I spoke with my telco they checked the line and there is no issue. I don't know what to do? Pls anyone help me?

Hi,
You are getting an OOF alarm which is causing the card to go into RED alarm. This is most likely a line framing issue. Please trying making the following changes in your wanpipeX.conf (X being the wanpipe number eg. 1,2,3,4).
Change "FE_framing = CRC4" to "FE_framing = NCRC4".
Insure you save the wanpipeX.conf file and restart our drivers using "wanrouter restart", Asterisk will have to be off when you do this.
Run "wanpipemon -i wXg1 -c Ta" (where X is the interface number 1,2,3,etc) again and check to see if the alarm has cleared.
