zaptel = 1.4.9.2 is needed by package wanpipe-modules

Hello,

When I install wanpipe using yum I get:

zaptel = 1.4.9.2 is needed by package wanpipe-modules-2.6.18-53.1.4.el5

Zaptel appears to be version 1.2.10-1.

I've also tried used the rpm's from Sangoma's site.

Can anyone help me install wanpipe?

Hi Rob,
As indicated at http://wiki.sangoma.com/wanpipe-asterisk-trixbox-rpms, Wanpipe-modules are dependent of zaptel and kernel version. RPMS are on the ftp only work with default Zaptel version that comes with trixbox.

Did you update Zaptel on this system? Could you please run “rpm –qa | grep zaptel” ?

Update of Trixbox

After you update Trixbox the first time Zaptel 1.4.10.1 is downloaded and installed. Therefore the error show when updating wanpipe

I have the same problem. I have a sangoma A200 card and need to install the driver. The default wanpipe-modules requires a lower zaptel version that is installed on this system (Trixbox: 2.6.0.13, Zaptel: 1.4.10-1)

I looked on the repo site and see that only the 1.4.9.2.-1 SRPMS for http://yum.trixbox.org/centos/5/SRPMS/repodata/repoview/zaptel-0-... is published.

Where is the src.rpm for zaptel-1.4.10-1?

I need it to recompile wanpipe

Hi All,

You can download new wanpipe-modules RPMs from ftp://ftp.sangoma.com/linux/RPMS/custom-z-1.4.10-1 . This RPMs will work with zaptel-modules 1.4.10-1.

Do you have the v3.3.9 modules & utils that work with zaptel 1.4.10 ??
The one you have a link for is only 3.2.5 and we need to setup an A500 BRI card
