BLF on GXP-2000 HV 0.4

I've got 5 GXP-2000's that are configured to use BLF buttons and they work fine. I've got one that isn't showing any BLF indicators at all. All are running firmware 1.1.5.15. The one that's not working is the only one that's HV 0.4. Is BLF supported on HV 0.4 with a GXP-2000?

I did a quick test a few

I did a quick test a few minutes back; I set up a BLF on a 0.4 GS2000, 1.1.5.15, with the same setting I use on a GS2020. It did not work on the 2000.

Follow Up on GXP2000 BLF

Do not why I did not see them work before, but it seems to work now. GXP2000, 0.4, 1.1.5.15, firmware.

Did you do anything to make it work?

Did you do anything to make yours work? Mine still aren't working.

I think it was a wrong assumption...

I left the BLF configured as it was. I believe what happened is that I had quickly assumed they were not working because they did not do what is done on the GXP2020 to which I was comparing. However, the 2020 has dual-color LEDs. They are green when configured. The GXP2000 LEDs were dark....

Yesterday, I saw the BLF work when the monitored phone rang and was picked up.
Sorry for the "quick draw." Evidently I didn't test it all the way through. I did nothing else to the phone.

You're right

I didn't understand the way BLF worked on this HV ... it does stay dark and only light red when the monitored extension is ringing or in use. This is different than later HV's.

Remote phones

I have a similar problem - but different :(

I have 3 GXP2000's in my office and the BLF works perfectly. I have 2 GXP2000's at remote locations. When installed at the remote locations the BLF lights worked correctly, howver after approx 1 week they failed to light up. Then, about a week later they started to work again, then a week later they stopped working.

I have not changed any configuration in Asterisk or the phones. The phone are all using 1.1.5.15

Hoping someone has the GSP2000 working perfectly at remote sites and can share their configuration settings.

Thankx

Your issue seems to related

Your issue seems to related to the NAT, did you configure GXP2000 with NAT Traversal to YES and send keep Alive? It's also better to select "Use Random Port" to yes.
