Grandstream 2000 keeps redialing previous phone number

Hi. I have a user who dialed a number, hung up and now the phone keeps autodialing that number. Is there any way to stop this?

this will be interesting, how does it autodialing? When it off-hook? Or when he dial whatever the number he dial?

How often does it do it? Have you tried pounding on the redial key a few times to see if its stuck and if that makes it stop?

On the webadmin panel (even though the phone was hung up), we noticed that the call was still "on" close to 24 hours. We had to actually go to the server and take out the cables and plug back in. After that, all was fine. it was quite odd.

Same problem here and i don't know how to solve it... I have 10 Grandstream GXP-2000 phones with firmware version 1.1.5.15. Several phones are having this problem. When i dial a number, the phones redials it automatically when it is off-hook.

Shall i upgrade to the new firmware version (1.1.6.16) ?

Go to the buffalo server and unplug everything that's how my solution worked.
