GS 2000 1.1.4.18 sending double digits

Greetings. I am having a problem with it sending double digits for the VM password, but it will dial an extension or another number just fine.
If the password is 1234, it asterisk shows it as 11223344. I poked through the web interface, but no setting stuck out at me.

I did a factory reset, and

I've seen this with other phones, usually caused by the phone being configured to send tones in-band as well as by either rfc2833 or sip info.

The most reliable method ime is rfc2833, your mileage may vary.
