GXP-2020 Intercom Button

Hello,

Does the intercom button on the GXP-2020 have any function at all with asterisk?

It would be great if users just push the intercom button and then one of their BLF buttons to intercom another extension rather than having to dial *80 + extension number.

And my apology for the late response.

The intercom button currently is still not fully function yet. However, there is another for you to do it.
-Set up AUTO ANSWER on the other phone you wanna call.
-Off-hook the handset or press the speaker phone button on your phone side.
-Press the MENU button on the phone. Then you should be able to see "Line1:PAGE".
-Enter the number you want to call and press send.
By doing so, the phone would function like intercom.

SW engineering has schedule

It's already implemented, check in 1.1.6.16 under Advance page:

Intercom User ID: (Account 1)

This allows you to enter a field in intercom.
