GXW-4108 and DTMF not working

Hi All,
We recently purchased a GXW-4108 unit and have been having random problems with DTMF working.
We set the 4108 under the Channels page, DTMF Methods to 2 (RFC2833). Our trixbox is also configured to receive RC2833.
When someone calls into our IVR and tries to use DTMF to get to an extension, or choose an option it fails. If I go into the 4108 and choose a different DTMF Method and save / reboot, then change it back to RFC2833, save and reboot it seems to fix this problem? It's almost as if the unit is forgetting what settings it has?
The unit software versions as follows:
Program: 1.0.1.2
Loader: 1.0.0.7
Boot: 1.0.1.1
Has anyone else come across this problem or can shed any light on how I can get this fixed it would be greatly appreciated. We are only using the 4108 for inbound calls right now but will eventually use it for outbound as well.

Found My Problem....

I think I found the problem and it was not related to the GXW-4108 after all...
We have a somewhat complex setup with our Trixbox server whereby the GXW-4108 takes the inbound call and then checks the time conditions (first checks to see if the call is after hours Mon - Fri, then checks if it is after hours on a weekend, then checks to see if it is Mon - Fri regular office hours, then checks to see if Mon-Fri Lunch).
Once it is done the time checks I was having the calls go to a ring group and play the announcement message depending on the condition. The announcement message is our IVR message. It appears that you cannot use DTMF when you point someone to a ring group and corresponding message, only to an IVR.
So....in short - DTMF works fine now :)
Hopefully this info will help others who may have buried themselves deep in Trixbox as we have :)
