Hello,

I just downloaded the firmware P0S3-08-2-00.zip It has 5 fles. Can anybody send me what extra files I need with the working config for tirxbox. I can configure asterisk side but I can figure out with all those SEP... thing. Thanks you!

Did you try the endpoint manager?

Unzip the software in /tftpboot

Provision the phones and click on the general Cisco tab. Fill in the software version. Reset you phone to defaults and reboot.

you also need to run setup-config from the console first to setup the default config files. You may also want to read through this thread

my post there point to a how-to that I wrote a while ago, I think it cover most things you need. I also have linked to sample files if you need them.

Sorry there was a typo in this post. it should read setup-cisco in the first line.

Sorry, I forgot about that.

Does setup-config run all the phone scripts? I usually just do setup-cisco, setup-polycom etc.

The firmware doesn't come

The firmware doesn't come with the SEP files. You can make them from scratch with information from www.voip-info.org or you can use the command "setup-cisco" in SSH, then use the endpoint manager.
