1. Install the PIKA board (Make sure card is installed before starting)
2. Run the following #> yum install pika-repo
3. Run the following #> yum install pika_aob_*
4. Run the following #> yum install chan_pika_dsp*
5. The above will install and configure the cards to a default usable state.
6. Change the context in /etc/asterisk/pika_dsp.conf from "default" to "from-pstn"
7. Configure your dialplan and extensions using trixbox. To start using PIKA fxo lines, first launch the FreePBX tool from within trixbox. Then, under Trunks choose Add Custom TRUNK with Custom Dial String PIKA_DSP/g/0/$OUTNUM$
9. Run the following #> amportal restart
