RAID Cards
This page is a collection of tested RAID cards (as known by users), many cards may be supported, but this is dependant upon the hardware manufactures support of CentOS drivers. Please list your tested card(s) along with what trixbox version below:
*Note - many motherboards have onboard raid controllers, most (99%) of these are NOT supported in trixbox as their manufacturers write drivers predominantly for windows. In this scenario you should disable the RAID features of the onboard controller and use Linux softraid. If you have trixbox 2.x or higher just type sataraid after booting from the CD and it will format everything and build a mirror on 2 SATA or SCSI drives. Install webmin to easily see the status of your array.
Using software RAID - Info on setup and restore of Linux RAID.

- Adaptec 2410SA 4 channel SATA RAID card tb 1.x and above.
- 3Ware 8006-2lp - Dual channel SATA RAID controller.
